It's Yami Yugi from the Anime "Yu-Gi-Oh!" at the beach. She said either a beach or park would be fine, I chose beach, since it seemed more fitting.
And look, it's digital! Feels good to do something digital again... 
Was going to shade this, but I just got lazy and I'm not feeling too well...Just wanted to get this over with.
